At Sunshine Literacy, our mission is to provide literacy education to children K-6 of all levels and abilities. We believe that every child has the right to read, write, and communicate effectively in today's world.

We focus on one to one tutoring by providing specialized instruction to meet the child's specific academic needs - focusing on reading skills.
Our program consists of the following steps:
- Evaluation: Each child will be evaluated for where they currently are with their reading skills.
- Tutoring: Provided in either 30 min or one hour sessions

- Student Progress Monitoring: A record will be kept on the student's progress.

My goal in starting Sunshine Literacy, is to give the students the confidence, desire, and ability to make reading an enjoyable part of their lives.
